Full Hockey Gear Required
Required Before Your First Session
Every Homeschool Hockey participant must have a current USA Hockey membership, a completed Boca Ice waiver, and all required hockey equipment before taking the ice.
Get a USA Hockey Membership
Register the player with USA Hockey and save the membership confirmation number. This must be completed before participation.

Who is Homeschool Hockey designed for?
The program is designed specifically for homeschool students ages 7–14 who want to develop hockey skills during the school day.
What happens during each session?
Each one-hour session includes 30 minutes of professional instruction followed by 30 minutes of monitored practice time.
Can beginners join?
Yes. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced players are welcome. Players are grouped according to age and ability.
Is full hockey equipment required?
Yes. Full hockey gear, including a neck guard, is required. Equipment is not supplied by Boca Ice.
Is a USA Hockey membership required?
Yes. Every player must have a current USA Hockey membership before participating.
Is a Boca Ice waiver required?
Yes. A parent or legal guardian must complete the Boca Ice waiver before the player takes the ice.
What can players do after Homeschool Hockey?
Players may continue developing through the Boca Barracudas house league or pursue competitive travel hockey opportunities with the Florida Kings.
